Bull Leader Careers, on behalf of its client, an internationally funded organisation, is currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Administrator.
Responsibilities:
•Data entry of banking and purchase ledger transactions
•Reconciliation of bank and creditors’ statements
•Download bank statements on a daily basis
•Enter payments onto electronic banking systems for authorisation
•Processes suppliers’ invoices/credit notes and update suppliers’ records
•Compile, enter and post general ledger journals as required
•Check and verify the expense claims and allowances of the staff
•Liaise with bank, PAYE and Social Insurance offices
•Process receipts and payments from suppliers, creditors and staff, including credit/debit card electronic processing
Qualifications:
•Computerised book-keeping experience working with a general ledger package within a general accounting office
•Holder of LCCI Higher or AAT or CAT with at least 3 years relevant work experience or Holder of LCCI Intermediate with at least 8 years relevant work experience
•An average of at least 85 % from a recognised secondary school with at least grade C in English GCSE exam or equivalent or/and GCSE passes, Grade C or above, or equivalent, including Maths and English
•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Must be fluent in written and spoken English, as well as Greek
•May be required to occasionally undertake travel outside of Cyprus as required
