The company
A long standing, well established, international group of companies.


Responsibilities
This is an ideal opportunity for a person seeking a part-time job or a person close to retirement looking for reduced hours. This role calls for a working schedule of around 10-15 hours per week.
Main responsibilities include:
• Provide in-house corporate administration support for the companies of the Group in Cyprus
• Be a member of the Board of Directors
• Liaise with various governmental authorities
• Liaise with local and international banks and insurance companies
• Liaise with external associates such as auditors and legal advisors
• Preparation of annual financial statements together with external service provider

Profile of the ideal candidate
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Business or in a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accountant
• Experience with corporate administration processes will be considered as a plus
• Sound understanding of IFRS standards for the preparation of financial statements
• Knowledge of VAT, TAX and other compliance requirements for a Cyprus Company
• Analytical skills, high levels of attention to detail and results orientation
• Excellent command of English
